Antechinus Cheese Knife

The lines of the Antechinus Cheese Knife suggest both the stylized forms of a slice of cheese and those of a mouse in pursuit of her favorite food.

The beautifully curved stainless steel creates a natural grip, offering the knife a balanced and aesthetically inviting characteristic. This design also allows the knife to counterbalance and stand on its edge.

The knife’s double-edged sharp blade allows it to swiftly cut through young and mature cheeses.

Designed by Tasmanian designer Anita Dineen for Alessi, Antechinus Cheese Knife is named in recognition of a species of little mouse native to Australia.
